阻生牙拔除术后并发症40例分析

Complications of extraction of impacted teeth in 40 cases analysis

目的:研究阻生牙拔除术后并发症的方法。方法:将40例患者随机分组,分为试验组和对照组,每组患者为20例。试验组患者采用头孢拉啶、地塞米松药物,将药物注入牙创内部,并放置替硝唑碘仿海绵。对照组并未采用任何特殊处理。观察患者术后1～3 d内的肿胀、张口、疼痛等情况,并对术后并发症疗效进行综合判断。结果:试验组和对照组在术后1～3 d内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中、重度反映高于试验组。结论:相对于参照组来说,试验组获得良好的治疗效果,可以作为阻生牙拔除术后并发症的简便治疗方法。

Objective To study on method of complications after extraction of impacted teeth.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,divided into experimental group and control group,each group of patients for 20 cases.Using cephradine,dexamethasone test group patients,drug injection tooth and internal,and placement of tinidazole iodoform sponge.The control group did not use any special treatment.1～3 d swelling,mouth opening,pain of patients were observed after operation,and the postoperative complications of therapeutic effect of comprehensive judgement.Results The test group and the control group at postoperative 1～3 d had significant difference（P〈0.05）.The control group was higher than that of the test group,severe reflect.Conclusion Compared with the control group,the test group received good treatment effect,can be used as the extraction of impacted teeth of postoperative complications after simple treatment method.
