Page′s kidney report in six cases and paper review

目的 :探讨 Page肾的诊治方法。方法 :结合文献总结分析 6例 Page肾的临床资料。结果 :2例术前行经皮肾穿刺抽液治疗 ,3d后病人腰痛复发 ,复查超声或 CT检查结果同穿刺前一样 ,6例均行经腰的肾包膜切开引流术 ,术后病人症状消失。结论 :Page肾是指各种原因引起的肾包膜下积液 (积血及积尿 )。以右侧多见。以肾区或上腹部钝性外伤为主要原因。病人以患侧腰腹部胀痛为主诉。超声检查是基本的检查方法。CT检查是诊断 Page肾的主要手段。经皮肾刺抽液效果不佳 ,短期内会复发。对有临床症状的 Page肾行经腰的肾包膜切开引流术是效果良好的治疗方法。肾切除术没有必要 ,因为患肾的肾功能没有大的损害。

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment method of Page′s kidney.Methods:The clinical materials in 6 cases of this disease combined with the paper review were analyzed.Results:The chief complaint of all cases were loin and abdominal pain in right side.Four cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrosound and CT examination before operation.Two cases were treated by the transdermic renal puncture and withdrew the liquid,but the result was not good:the perirenal hematoma and symptom recurred after three days.The incison and drainage of renal capsule were performed in 6 cases,the result was good.Conclusion:The blunt trauma in the right renal abdominal region is the main reason.The chief complaint of the patient are loin pain and abdominal pain.Ultrosonic examination is the basic method,and the computed tomography is a main method.The result of transdermic renal puncture and withdrawing the liquid is not good,for in the short period,the perirenal hematoma and symptom will recur.If the patient has the clinical symptoms,the incision and drainage of renal capsule is the method which has the good result.The nephrectomy is unnecessary,because the patient′s renal function does not have been damaged. 〔
