关于高职院校公共课教师胜任力模型的研究

通过建立四川省高职院校公开课教师胜任力模型,对四川省部分高职院校公共课教师开展胜任力情况的调查,表明四川省高职院校公共课教师胜任力基本达到较好的要求。但还没有达到师资建设的理想状态,需要加强各方面的培训,提高高职院校公共课教师胜任力。
