摘要
[目的]探讨老年病人误吸评估及防范对策。[方法]收集误吸病人60例,评估误吸病人误吸的原因及严重程度,采取防范措施,评价防范前后的改善情况。[结果]防治误吸后,误吸发生频率及严重度降低、吞水呛咳明显减少。[结论]通过误吸评估及采取防范措施,可以减少误吸的发生,提高生活质量。
Objective：To probe into evaluation and prevention countermeasures of elderly patients with aspiration. Methods：A total of 60 patients with aspiration were colleted, to assess the causes and severity of aspiration and take preventive measures, then to evaluate the improvement of it before and after pre vention. Results ： After prevention of aspiration, the frequency and severity of aspiration was reduced, and choking on swallow water significantly reduced. Conclusion.To take aspiration assessment and preventive measures can reduce the incidence of aspiration and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with aspiration.
