摘要
[目的]考察护理程序健康教育模式的效果。[方法]将体检后98例高脂血症病人随机分为两组,分别运用护理程序健康教育模式和随机健康教育模式实施1年的健康教育和行为干预,比较两种模式对高脂血症病人健康教育后的效果。[结果]病人对疾病相关知识的掌握、血脂四项总有效率、主动参与性、对教育的满意度等方面,护理程序模式明显高于随机模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]运用护理程序健康教育模式对体检后高脂血症病人实施健康教育,不仅能提高病人的健康知识水平和主动参与性,还能提高病人对健康教育的满意度,降低血脂,促进健康。
Objective:To investigate the education mode. Methods:After medical effect of nursing program health examination, 98 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, nursing program health education mode and random health education mode were respectively used for implementation of one year of health education and behavioral intervention for them, then to compare the effect of two modes for hyperlipidemia patients after health education. Results:nursing program mode was better in patients' mastery of the disease related knowledge, total efficiency of blood lipids 4 items, active participation, satisfaction to and education than random mode, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclu sion:The use of nursing program health education mode for carrying out health education for hyperlipidemia patients can not only improve the patients' health knowledge level and active participation, but also improve patients' satisfaction to health education, lower blood lipids and promote them healthy.
