摘要
介绍了以磷尾矿粉为原料活化后制备复合肥填充料的工艺条件,通过正交实验对其工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为活化剂用量60g,活化剂与增效剂配比1:1.11,活化时间15min,活化温度40℃,P2O5转化率为72.88%,有效五氧化二磷含量为4.97%。将产品添加5%的改良剂后与复合肥进行造粒,成球率〉70%,颗粒强度〉25N。
Technological conditions of preparing filling material for compound fertilizers by activated phosphate rock tailings were introduced, and the technological conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that under the optimal technological conditions of activator level 60g, ratio of activator and synergist 1:1.11, activation time 15min, activation temperature 40℃, the con-version ratio of P205 is 72.88% ,effective P205 content is 4.97%. 5% modifier is added to make granu-lation of compound fertilizer, the bailing rate is 〉70%, particle strength is 〉25N.
