摘要
高职学生主要为16—20岁的青年,他们富有强烈的情绪和丰富的情感,自我意识能力强、有自我控制的欲望、充满活力、思维开阔。但是,由于社会经验较少,进入高职院校的学生地区、习惯、背景各异,面对一群与自己以往心理特征完全不同的人,高职学生极容易由于人际交往经验不足,而在交往中遭受挫折。本文分析了高职学生的人际交往的困境,并剖析其心理特征,提出了改善高职学生人际关系的策略。
Higher vocational students are mainly 16 - 20 year - old youths, full of strong emotions and ability of self - awareness. However, vocational students sometimes suffer the great setbacks when fa-cing a group of different people with their psychological characteristics in interpersonal communication due to the less social experience and different backgrounds. This paper analyzes the vocational students' plight in interpersonal communication, explains their psychological characteristics, and proposes a strate- gy to improve students' interpersonal relationship.
