The Supporting System of Regional Innovation Promotion in Chongqing

摘要 通过构建区域创新人力资源支持体系的评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价法,对重庆市区域创新人力资源支持体系进行了综合评价。研究表明,重庆市促进区域创新的人力资源支持体系整体处于中等水平。为此,应不断完善人力资源的相关配套政策措施;优化人力资源在产业间和产业内部的配置,使人力资源结构与产业结构的升级实现协同发展;建立面向技术创新的企业人力资源制度。 The supporting system of regional innovation promotion in Chongqing was evaluated comprehensively by constructing evaluation index system,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.The study shows that the level for Chongqing's supporting system is in the middle.Therefore,the relative complementary measures should be perfected,the distribution of personnel resources should be optimized in industries,making human resources structure keep pace with the development of industry structure upgrading,and establishing industry human resources system steering to technology innovation.
