摘要
应用分层线性模型对学生评教问题进行研究,研究表明:教师与学生性别交互效应造成偏误;学生成绩与其评教分数之间存在正相关关系;在其他条件相同的情况下,年龄低、职称高、没有获得研究生以上学历的教师获得的评教分数较高;所任教班级学生没有评教经验的、所上课程为必修课或公共课的、课程安排于上午或晚上上课的、所任教班级人数较少的教师获得的评教分数也较高。
It is of great importance to find the influential factor of the student evaluation of teaching and to analyze the effect accurately.This article applies a hierarchical linear model to this problem.The results show that the interaction of gender between teacher and student does bias the rating and there is a positive relationship between student grade and rating.Ceteris paribus,a teacher will get higher rating if he is younger,with higher professional rank ratings or didn't get a master degree.And ratings are also higher when student make the evaluation for the first time,the courses are compulsory or public,timing on morning or evening,or the class is smaller.
