摘要
采用紫外分光光度法 ,在 40 5 nm波长处测定两性霉素 B脂质体的含量。平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD为0 .97%。测定结果与生物效价法基本一致。
The UV spectrophotometric determination of amphotericin B in liposome was presented. The average recovery was 98.9% and RSD was 0.97%. The results obtained by this method were compar able with the biological assay.
