摘要
高校的科技力量相对十分集中,如何采取有效手段,提高高校教师的科技创新能力,同时培养学生正确积极的科学态度是十分迫切的问题。文章通过分析在高校施行学术报告会制度的必要性,阐述了学术交流对高校科技创新的作用,以及对高校学生科研能力的培养作用。
Technological powers are more concentrated in colleges and universities relatively, It＇ s a very urgent problem to take effective measures to make the teachers＇ capability in scientific and technological innovation improved and as well students＇ proper scientific attitudes can be formed. Through the necessity analysis about system of colloquium, the effects of academic exchange to scientific and technological innovation as well as to students＇ scientific research ability cultivation in colleges and universities have been expounded.
