摘要
权变观是战略人力资源管理领域一个非常重要的研究分支,包括最佳匹配与资源基础两大学派。依据德鲁克的"管理企业"、"管理管理者"、"管理员工和工作"以及如何"提高知识工作者的生产率"等管理理念,可实现最佳匹配法与资源基础法的融合。基于德鲁克的管理理念提出的战略人力资源管理整合框架不仅有助于权变观的发展,更有助于明晰人力资源管理实践对企业绩效影响的内在机理。
Contingency Perspective is an important research branch in the field of strategic human resources management, which includes best practices school and resourced-based school. The two research schools can be integrated according to Drucker's management philosophies, like managing a business' , managing managers' , the management of worker and work' , and how to increase knowledge-worker productivity'. Based on Drucker' s management philosophies, this paper put forward an integration framework to merge the two research schools in strategic human resource management, which not only contributes to the development of contingency perspective, but also helps to clear the internal mechanism of human resource management practices on firm performance.
