摘要
建立了测定奥沙普秦及其片剂含量的高效液相色谱法。采用 Shim- pack CL C- ODS为色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水 (78∶2 2 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/ m in,检测波长为 2 5 4nm ,以二苯胺为内标。结果表明奥沙普秦在 13～ 76μg/ m l浓度范围内奥沙普秦与内标物峰面积之比与其浓度呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。精密度试验 RSD 0 .19% ,方法回收率为10 0 .1%。
A RP HPLC method was established for the determination of oxaprozin and its tablets, using ODS column with mobile phase methanol water (78∶22) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Diphenyl amine was used as internal standard and detection wavelength was 254 nm. The calibration curve was linear within the range of 13～76 μg/ml ( r =0.9999), and the average recovery of the tablets was 100.1%.
