新型预钎焊金刚石表面金属化的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 将Ni-Cr活性钎料以及Cu粉、Co粉、WC粉与A合金粉末和镍基钎料组成的混合钎料分别镀覆到金刚石表面,在真空炉中经钎焊处理后,利用扫描电镜(SEM)及USB电子显微镜观察金刚石表面形貌。结果表明:添加A粉的混合钎料能有效实现金刚石表面金属化,金刚石表面形成"刺状"的钎焊小颗粒,主要成分为Ni,Cr等活性钎料成分,预钎焊后的金刚石静压强度略有下降,但仍能满足金刚石锯切强度的需要,添加A合金能够起降低钎料浓度,减弱金刚石热损伤的作用。 Coating the Ni-based braziflg alloy Cu powder, WC powder, Co powder, the A and the mixed brazing alloy which contains alloy powder and the Ni-based brazing alloy to the surface of diamond, and using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and USB electron microscope to observe the surface of diamond morphology after vacuum brazing. The results show that the mixed brazing alloys containing A alloy can effectively achieve the diamond surface metallization. The diamond surface has "thorn-like" brazing small particles which's main component are Ni, Cr. Pre-brazing diamond static compressive strength declined slightly, but still meet the needs of the diamond cutting intensity. Adding A alloy can reduce the concentration of the brazing alloy and weaken diamond heat damage.
