止痛膏敷贴结合红外线外照射治疗晚期癌症疼痛临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Pain of Terminal Cancer by Analgesic Paste Combined with Infrared Irradiation

目的:探讨止痛膏敷贴结合红外线外照射治疗晚期癌症疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将140例晚期癌症疼痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组70例应用止痛膏敷贴结合红外线外照射治疗,对照组70例按照三阶梯止痛原则治疗。两组均治疗14d后评价疗效,并观察两组治疗前后疼痛缓解情况、生活质量、不良反应等。结果:两组轻度疼痛患者显效率及有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);中度疼痛患者显效率及有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05),有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但显效率两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度疼痛患者,显效率及有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组,但有效率及显效率两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组生活质量比较,治疗组治疗后第14天生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止痛膏敷贴结合红外线外照射治疗晚期癌症具有镇痛作用,不良反应少,能够提高患者生活质量,延长生存期等优点。

Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects of Analgesic Paste combined with infrared irradiation on the treatment of terminal cancer with pain.Methods：140 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group of 70 cases was treated with Analgesic Paste combined with infrared irradiation,and the control group of 70 cases was treated according to three-step analgesic ladder.Pain relief,quality of life,and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results：Obvious effective rate and effective rate of low-grade pain patients in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and there were statistical difference（P0.05 or P0.01）.Obvious effective rate and effective rate of middle-grade pain patients in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and there was statistical difference in effective rate.Obvious effective rate of two group showed no statistical difference（P0.05）.Obvious effective rate and effective rate of high-grade pain patients in treatment group were higher than control group,but there were not statistical difference（P0.05）.Life quality of treatment group was higher than control group after therapy,and adverse effect was lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Analgesic Paste combined with infrared irradiation has analgesic effect in treating pain of the terminal cancer with mild adverse effect and the advantages of being easily accepted by patients,improving quality of life and prolonging survival time.
