大鼠颈静脉插管导管固定方法的探讨

Exploration on the Rat Jugular Vein Intubation Tube Fixation Method

目的:优选大鼠颈静脉插管导管的固定方法。方法:对传统的两根线结扎法和三根线结扎法进行改进后分4组,每组10只,比较两根线结扎法、三根线结扎法,改进三根线结扎法和改进两根线结扎法导管固定的合格率。结果:两根线结扎法组有3只大鼠导管滑脱,有3只大鼠不能从导管中抽出血液;三根线结扎法有1只大鼠导管滑脱,有2只大鼠不能从导管中抽出血液;改进三根线结扎法未见有滑脱,但有2只大鼠不能从导管中抽出血液;改进两根线结扎法未见有滑脱,10只大鼠都能从导管中抽出血液。结论:改进两根线结扎法用于大鼠颈静脉插管固定方法成功率高,易于操作。

Objective：To optimize the fixation method of inserting the jugular intubation tube in rat′s vein.Methods：Four groups for each 10 rats had been formed to improve the traditional two-line ligation and three-line ligation to compare two-line ligation and three-line ligation.This will improve the tube-fixing success rate of two-line ligation and three-line ligation.Results：For two-line ligation,lines of three rats slip and there were three rats whose blood could not be drawn out from the tube while for three-line ligation,lines of one rat slip;there was two rats whose blood can not be drawn out from the tube.For improved three-line ligation,there was no slipping,and there were two rats whose blood could not be drawn out from the tube while for the improved two-line ligation,there was no slipping and blood of all ten rats could be drawn out from the tube.Conclusion：Improved two-line ligation can be used to the rat jugular intubation tube fixation with its high success rate.It is easy to operate and worthwhile to apply and disseminate.
