摘要 目的:探讨酸枣仁生物学特征及化学成分研究的最新进展。方法:查阅近年来的相关文献,归纳酸枣仁研究的新技术及发展趋势。结果:酸枣仁在我国有着丰富的野生资源,其化学成分复杂但含量均不高,植物组织培养技术可以为酸枣仁的资源保护提供新的途径。结论:加强酸枣仁野生资源保护、化学成分、作用机理及植物组织培养等方面的研究,进一步阐明化学成分和临床应用的关系,对于指导临床用药、保护酸枣仁资源有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the latest research progress of biology characteristics and chemical constituents of semen ziziphi spinosae.Methods:Related literatures were referred to in recent years and the study of new technology and development trend of semen ziziphi spinosae were summarized.Results:Semen ziziphi spinosae in our country had rich wild resources,whose chemical composition were complex but contents were not high,and the plant tissue culture technology could provide a new way of resource protection for semen ziziphi spinosae.Conclusion:The study of wild resources protection,chemical composition,function mechanism and plant tissue culture of semen ziziphi spinosae are strengthened,and the relationship of chemical composition and the clinical application are further clarified,which have important significance for guiding the clinical medication and the protection of semen ziziphi spinosae resources.
