摘要
目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭的病机演变规律。方法:通过查阅近年来相关文献,归纳充血性心力衰竭的病机特点,分析本病病因病机,探讨本病的病理特点及变化规律。结果:充血性心力衰竭的基本病机特点为本虚标实,即气虚、阳虚、阴虚为本,血瘀、水饮为标,虚实夹杂,气血水相互为病。结论:充血性心力衰竭的基本病机演变规律是本虚引起标实,反之,标实又加剧本虚,从而就形成因虚致实,因实虚更甚的不良循环,使病情反复迁延。
Objective：To explore the evolution of pathogenesis of congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：Through consulting relevant literature in recent years,to conclude the pathogenesis of CHF and analyze the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease,and discuss the pathological characteristics and changes of the disease in.Results：The basic pathogenesis character of CHF was deficiency in root with excess in outward symptoms.The deficiency of qi,yin and yang belonged to the root causes,and the outward symptoms were blood stasis and rentention of fluid in the body.Due to the coexistence of deficiency and excess or deficiency-excess complex,qi,blood and water were all involved in the causes of the disease.Conclusion：The basic pathological change is that deficiency in root causes excess in outward symptoms,on the contrary,the latter also can worsen the former,thereby forming a vicious circle which may cause persistent fluctuation of the medical condition.
