针药结合治疗焦虑症临床研究

Clinical Research of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treating Anxiety Disorder

目的:探讨针刺、艾灸、中药结合治疗焦虑症的临床疗效。方法:将32例焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组16例和对照组16例。治疗组采用针刺百会、四神聪、神庭、印堂、太阳、气海、关元、神门、太冲、照海、申脉。配合艾灸心俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞、胆俞、膈俞、胃俞,同时辨证口服中药治疗。对照组口服盐酸帕罗西汀20～40 mg,每日1次,4周为1个疗程。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD评分与治疗前相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后均取得较好疗效,治疗组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为87.50%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率为12.5%,对照组不良反应发生率为43.8%,治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺、艾灸、中药相结合的方法治疗焦虑症疗效显著,且不良反应少。

Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,moxibustion,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anxiety disorder.Methods：32 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,16 cases of each group.The treatment group was treated by points of Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Taiyang,Qihai,Guanyuan,Shenmen,Taichong,Zhaohai,Shenmai with acupuncture needle,and combined with moxibustion points of Xinshu,Pishu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Danshu,Geshu,Weishu,and at the same time,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of oral administration.The control group was given paroxetine hydrochloride 20-40mg,once a day,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results：HAMD scores of patients in the two groups after treatment both had significant difference compared with that before treatment（P0.05）,and comparisions between the two groups after treatment had no significant difference（P0.05）;Two groups of patients after treatment had achieved good curative effect,and the effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 87.50% in the control group,and comparisons of the two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）;Adverse reaction of patients in the treatment group was 12.5%,and in control group was 43.8%,and the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,and comparisons between the two groups had remarkable difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture,moxibustion,combined with traditional Chinese medicine has distinct curative effect in treating anxiety disorder,and with less adverse reaction.
