摘要 目的研究低剂量MSCT尿路成像方法的临床应用。方法选取23例泌尿系病变患者进行低剂量MSCT尿路成像(MSCTU)检查,将容积数据进行MPR、CPR、MIP及VR三维重建得到尿路造影图像,并进行分析诊断。结果 23例MSCTU低剂量检查,辐射剂量明显减低,图像质量未见明显下降;输尿管结石8例,肾输尿管畸形3例,外压性输尿管梗阻2例,膀胱肿瘤3例,膀胱内大血块1例,输尿管炎性狭窄3例,输尿管癌1例,外伤性输尿管瘘1例,肾切除术后1例。结论低剂量MSCT尿路成像检查方法,降低了辐射剂量,图像质量可满足临床诊断要求,值得推广临床应用,同时要注意应用选择的合理性。 Objective To study the clinical application of low-dose MSCT urinary tract imaging. Methods 23 patients with urologic diseases received low-dose MSCT urography (MSCTU) examination. The volume data were analyzed by MPR, CPR, MIP and VR with three-dimensional reconstruction for urography images. Results In 23 cases of MSCTU, the radiation dose decreased, the image quality had no obvious decline; the results showed 8 cases with ureteral calculi, 3 cases with kidney ureter malformation, 2 cases with external pressure of ureteral obstruction, 3 cases with bladder tumor, one case with bladder blood clot, 3 cases with ureteral inflammatory stenosis, one case with ureteral carcinoma, one case with traumatic ureteral fistula and one case with nephrectomy. Conclusions Low-dose MSCT urinary tract imaging examination will reduce radiation dose, and the image quality can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis.
