摘要
以银杏叶浸膏 EGb76 1 为原料 ,通过预处理、制备色谱和重结晶过程 ,得到纯度达 98%以上的银杏内酯 A、B和白果内酯纯品。建立了一种较简单的分离和纯化银杏内酯 A。
