动脉血样本存放时间与温度对血气分析结果影响的研究

Research of the Effect of Arterial Blood Samples Storage Time and Temperature on Blood Gas Analysis Results

目的研究动脉血样本存放时间与温度对血气分析结果的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月至2012年10月送检的血气分析样本300例,平均分为两组。两组样本采集后分别放于4℃冰箱和25℃室温中,在不同时间段对样本进行检测,记录检测结果。结果观察组pH值、PCO2值、PO2值在30min、60min分别与15min比较,结果变化不大,经检验,P均>0.05,无统计学差异,而在90min、2h与15min分别比较,P<0.05,有统计学差异;对照组pH值、PCO2值、PO2值在30min、60min、90min、2h分别与15min比较,结果变化较大,经检验,P均<0.05,有统计学差异。结论做血气分析的样本在采集后应立即送检,若有特殊情况应将样本放置于4℃冰箱中保存不超过一小时。

Objective To study the effect of the storage time of arterial blood samples and temperature on the analysis result of blood gas. Methods 300 cases of submission blood gas analysis samples in our hospital chosen from January 2012 to October 2012 were divided into two groups. The two sets of samples were placed in the refrigerator at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ after the acquisition. They were taken for detection of samples at different time periods, and the test results were recorded. Results The pH value of the observation group, PCO2 value, PO2 value 30 min, 60 rain were compared with 15 min, the results changed little after the test, all P〉0.05, without significant difference. There was significant difference in 90 min, 2 h and 15 rain, respectively, P〈0.05. The pH value of the control group, PCO2 value, PO2 value in 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 2 h, respectively, compared with 15 min, the results changed greatly after test, P 〈0.05, with significant difference. Conclusions The sample for blood gas analysis after collection should be immediately inspected. In exceptional circumstances, it should be placed in the refrigerator at 4 ℃ to save no more than one hour.
