摘要 目的对采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨多处骨折进行临床分析总结经验。方法股骨多处骨折23例,其中男15例,女8例。通过临床回顾的方法,对采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨多处骨折进行临床分析总结。结果骨愈合时间为5~14个月,平均7.3个月。结论合理应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板是治疗股骨多处骨折的有效手段。 Objective To study the clinical experience of treatment for multiple femur fracture with anatomic locking plate. Methods The retrospective analysis was carried out among 23 cases of multiple femur fracture with clinical treatment of anatomic locking plate, including 15 males and 8 females. Results All of the 23 cases of multiple femur fracture with clinical treatment of anatomic locking plate were bone union, and the mean time of bone union is 7.3 months. Conclusions Anatomic locking plate is a reliable and successful strategy of treatment for multiple femur fracture.
