摘要
文章介绍了地铁车辆的重量、重心及轴重和轮重的计算方法,并采用LabVIEW软件对地铁车辆的重量参数进行数据导入、重量计算、重心调节、轴重和轮重计算、结果显示和数据导出,其中计算部分通过LabVIEW中调用MATLAB脚本节点进行编程计算。该程序人机界面友好,计算精度高,便于地铁车辆设计过程中悬挂设备的位置布置及车辆轴重轮重的计算。
The calculation methods of weight,center of gravity (CG) ,axle load and wheel load of metro vehicle are presented. In the LabVIEW software,the weight parameters of metro vehicle are imported,weight and center of gravity are calculated and adjusted, axle load and wheel load are calculated, and results are displayed and exported. The calculations are performed using MATLAB Script in LabVIEW. The program has friendly human machine interface and high calculation accuracy, which is convenient for the distribution of suspension equipments and calculations of axle and wheel loads in vehicle design process.
