浅谈高校教学秘书专业化

A Brief Discussion on the Professionalization of College Teaching Secretary

教学秘书作为一线的教学管理人员,是高校教学管理队伍的重要组成部分。教学秘书的专业素质直接影响着高校教学管理的质量。随着高等教育改革的不断深入,各高校的迅猛发展,对教学秘书的要求也不断提高,教学秘书专业化建设是提升教学秘书综合素质和工作能力的有力保障。本文浅析了高校教学秘书专业化的内涵和存在的问题及原因,对教学秘书专业化建设提出几点建议。

The teaching secretary, as the first-line teaching management staff, is an important part of college teaching management staff. The secretary＇s professional quality directly influences the quality of college teaching management. With the continuing deepening of higher education reform, colleges develop rapidly, which also needs higher requirements for the teaching secretary. This paper briefly analyzes the connotation of college teaching secretary＇s professionalization and the existing problems, as well as the causes, and then proposes several suggestions on the professional construction of the teaching secretary.
