关于新政策下高校贫困生资助体系的探究

An Inquiry into the Financial Aid System for College Poverty-Stricken Students under the New Policy

我国已基本形成了高校贫困生的资助体系,但仍存在着一些问题:制度定位有偏差、贫困生评定标准模糊、思想道德教育薄弱、心理辅导工作缺位等。要解决我国高校贫困生资助体系中存在的问题,必须进一步完善贫困生资助体系,发挥资助工作的育人功能。

Financial aid system for college poverty-stricken students has formed in China, but there still exist many problems which are introduced in this paper. In order to solve the problems, we should further improve the system and give full play to the education role of financial aid.
