民办高校毕业生就业压力调查研究

A Study on the Job-Hunting Stress of Private University Undergraduates

采用《大学生就业压力问卷》对181名民办高校毕业生的就业压力源进行调查研究,结果发现:(1)民办高校毕业生总体上就业压力处于中等偏下的水平,主要就业压力来源排名为专业供求矛盾、就业竞争环境、缺乏求职帮助、自我认识定位、就业心理预期和职业素质评价;(2)民办高校毕业生的就业压力存在显著的性别差异和家庭经济条件差异;专业差异未达到显著水平。

Investigate job-hunting stress of 181 private-university undergraduates by using the college job-hunting stress questionnaire. The results indicated that, the job-hunting stress of private-university undergraduates is on the lower-middle level. Significant difference is found between students in different gender and different family economic conditions, but not found in different professional.
