摘要
往复式隔膜泵是管道输送行业最主要的设备之一,同时也是最容易损坏的设备之一。往复式隔膜泵主轴运行性能的好坏直接影响着往复式隔膜泵的运行状况,乃至整个管道输送系统的有效运行。提出了采用由经验模态分解(EMD)与Hilbert变换相结合的HHT方法,对往复式隔膜泵主轴故障进行诊断分析,通过边际谱有效地对设备故障进行分析诊断。实验表明:通过HHT方法对往复式隔膜泵主轴进行故障诊断是有效的、可行的。
Reciprocating diaphragm pump is one of the most important equipment in the pipeline transportation industry ,at the same time, it is also one of the most easily damaged equipment. The running performance of reciprocating diaphragm pump spindle affects reciprocating diaphragm pump operating conditions directly, even the effective operation of the entire pipeline transportation systems. Proposes HHT method which combines of empirical mode decomposition(EMD) and Hilbert transform is used to diagnose and analyze reciprocating diaphragm pump spindle failure, equipment failure analysis and diagnosis through the marginal spectrum effectively. The experiments show that the reciprocating diaphragm pump spindle fault diagnosis based on the HHT method is effective and feasible.
