摘要
1目的 探讨高胆红素血症新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)的变化及蓝光照射治疗对 BAEP的影响。 2方法 对 30例正常足月新生儿及 30例高胆红素血症足月新生儿蓝光照射前后的 BAEP进行检测与比较。3结果 高胆红素血症病儿光疗后胆红素浓度下降 ,30例 BAEP异常的病儿 ,13例恢复正常 ,17例明显好转。光疗后 波潜伏期 , ~ , ~ 波峰间期较光疗前明显缩短 ,差异有显著意义 (t=2 .84~ 9.6 4,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论光疗不仅可以降低胆红素浓度 ,而且可以明显逆转胆红素对
Objective\ To probe into the changes in the brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) of hyperbilirunemic neonates and the effects on BAEP after phototherapy.\ Methods\ The result of BAEP test in 30 cases of hyperbilirubinemic full term newborn (HBTN) was compare with 30 cases of normal full term newborn and the changes of BAEP test after five days of phototherapy.\ Results\ The bilrubin levels declined in response to phototherapy, 13 cases recovered to normal and 17 cases improved evidently. Latency of wave Ⅴ and the interval between Ⅲ and Ⅴ, Ⅰ and Ⅴ were shorter than that before phototherapy( t=2.84-9.64, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Phototherapy is effective in reversing the effects of bilirubin on the BAEP. [
