摘要
工作价值取向从工作目的角度诠释工作意义以及人与工作的关系,特别是"呼唤"维度把工作解释为奉献、服务与物质超越,从而使劳动者更多地感知到工作意义、个人使命与真实自我。研究表明,工作价值取向对个人生活与工作及组织发展都有持续而显著的影响,本文从工作价值取向的概念内涵、形成与转变、影响效应、结构测量及跨文化研究等方面分析了工作价值取向研究现状,并对未来研究方向和框架进行了构想。
Work orientation explains the meanings of work and the relationship between individuals and work from the angle of work purposes. Especially calling orientation provides an explanation that work is dedication and service and transcends substance, thus leading to workers~ more sense of the meanings of work, individual mission and true self. It shows that work orientation has sustainable and significant effects on individual life and work and organizational development. This paper analyzes the researches on work orientation in aspects such as connotation, formation, changes, effects, structural measurement and cross-culture study and conceives future research directions and framework.
