白血病病人心脏功能的超声检测

CARDIAC FUNCTION DETECTED BY COLOR DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH LEUKEMIA

1目的 探讨白血病病人心脏功能的超声显像变化及意义。 2方法 应用彩色多普勒超声 (CDE)动态检查 5 0例白血病病人治疗前、完全缓解 (CR)后心脏功能、血流动力学及心脏解剖结构的变化 ,并与 30例健康人(对照组 )进行比较。 3结果 治疗前白血病病人左心室收缩功能指标呈代偿性增强 ,其中心排量、心指数、心率、每搏量、左室射血分数及主动脉最大血流速度与对照组比较差异有显著性 (F=1.89～ 141.5 2 ,q=3.83～ 89.73,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。治疗前左心室舒张功能减退 ,其中二尖瓣舒张早期速度 (MVVE)、心房收缩期速度 (MVVA)、MVVE/MVVA,E波加速度及 E波减速度与对照组比较差异均有显著意义 (F =1.96～ 5 2 .81,q=4.6 8～ 9.88,P<0 .0 1)。

Objective\ To study the cardiac function in patients with leukemia and its clinical significance.\ Methods\ 50 patients with leukemia were detected by Color Doppler Echocardiography(CDE) before treatment and after complete remission(CR)with chemotherapy. The results were compared with 30 normal individuals as control group.The cardiac function, hemodynamics and anatomical structure of the heart were measured.\ Results\ Before chemotherapy,the systolic function of the left ventricles was compensatorily strengthened as compared with 30 normal subjects, such as CO,CI,HR,SV,LVEF and Vmax, which were significant( F=1.89-141.52,q=3.83-89.73,P <0.05,0.01).The diastolic function of the left ventricles was weakened, such as MVV E,MVV A,MVV E/MVV A,ACV E and DCV E, significant differences were found compared with the control group ( F=1.96-52.81,q=4.68-9.88,P <0.05,0.01).\ Conclusion\ A serious damage of cardiac function was found in the patients with leukemia.
