摘要
制度创新是影响企业技术创新的核心因素。在总结我国企业技术创新发展现状的基础上,实证分析了企业技术创新制度约束及其成因,并提出了完善企业技术创新制度的对策。
System innovation is the central element which impact enterprises＇ technical innovation. Based on summing up the status quo of China~ enterprise technical innovation, the paper analyzes the system restraints of enterprises＇ technical innovation and their causes, and raises some advices on how to complete system so as to promote enterprises＇ technical in- novation.
