各国都力争在新的一轮经济发展过程中抢占科技制高点,获得全球竞争优势。在此背景下,我国也加大了对战略性新兴产业的支持力度,旨在转变发展方式和调整产业结构,使其成为经济发展的主导力量。吉林省政府非常重视战略性新兴产业的培育工作。分析了吉林省战略性新兴产业的选择依据,并在分析吉林省战略性新兴产业现状的基础之上,根据吉林省省情提出培育吉林省战略性新兴产业的政策建议和政策保障措施。

Every country wants to seize the high ground of science and technology in a new round of economic development and win global competitive advantages. In this context, China has also stepped up efforts to support the strategic emerging industry. To change the development mode and adjust the industrial structure, the strategic emerging industry is expected to become the leading force in economic development in China. The government of Jilin Province pays much attention to the strategic emerging industries. This article analyzes the benchmarks to choose strategic emerging industries, and then analy- zes the current situation of strategic emerging industries in Jilin province. Finally, the paper gives some policy suggestions and policy guarantee about strategic emerging industries according to the situation of Jilin province.
