摘要
1目的 观察硅油充填及其取出术后眼部并发症的转归。 2方法 回顾性分析 5 8例 (6 0只眼 )硅油取出术前后眼部并发症的发生情况。 3结果 硅油充填术后并发症包括硅油乳化、白内障、青光眼、角膜病变 ,其并发症的发生率随时间延长而增高。取出硅油前角膜病变 7只眼 ,取硅油后 2只眼恢复透明 ,4只眼角膜混浊减轻 ,1只眼混浊程度无改善 ;继发性青光眼 8只眼 ,取出硅油后 6只眼眼压恢复正常 ,2只眼应用抗青光眼药物可维持眼压基本正常 ;晶体混浊继续发展。 4结论 硅油取出应早期适时进行 ,早期完全取出硅油可阻止青光眼及角膜病变发展 ,对白内障的发展无影响。
Objective\ To investigate the complications associated with silicone oil filling and its removal in vitreoretinal surgery.\ Methods\ Retrospective analysis of the results of silicone oil removal before and after vitreous surgery for retinal detachment in 60 eyes.\ Results\ The complications related to silicone oil tamponade included emulsification of the silicone oil, cataract, glaucoma, keratopathy. The incidence increased with the time of silicone oil removal went on. Two of 7 eyes with keratopathy recovered after removal of silicone oil, four eyes improved. Six of 8 eyes with secondary ocular hypertension were controlled and two were medicated after the removal. The development of cataract continued.\ Conclusion\ The silicone oil should be removed early in due time. The ocular hypertension and keratopathy can then be prevented, but the occurrence of cataract can not be avoided by early and completed removal of silicone oil. [
