摘要
基于课题管理的视角,结合ISO9000质量管理体系,从传承与发展、借鉴与创新、持续改进和自我提升三个方面分析高校科研课题管理导入ISO9000质量管理体系应遵循的原则,重点探讨了导入体系的基本方法以及在导入的过程中应注意的一些问题,为建立科学、规范、行之有效的科研课题管理制度提供依据。
Based on the perspective of the project management, combined with the ISO9000 quality management system, the paper analyzed the principles of introducing ISO9000 quality management system to the management of university re- search projects from the aspects of inheritance and development, learning and innovation, continuous improvement and self - improvement. The paper also focused on the basic method and issues which deserved attention in the process of in- troducing the ISO9000 quality management system to the management of university scientific research projects, and pro- vided a basis for establishing a scientific, standardized, effective research projects management system.
