摘要
在对B2C电子商务平台概念及内涵进行界定的基础上,重点分析电子商务平台开放策略对B2C在线零售商价值链的影响,指出平台开放情境下电子商务平台的渗透性是其竞争优势的重要来源。围绕B2C在线零售商的价值链,以提高电子商务平台渗透性为目的,构建B2C电子商务平台开放框架模型,从功能和完整解决方案两个层面提出B2C在线零售商的电子商务平台开放策略。
Based on the concept and intension of B2C e- commerce platform defined in this paper, the effect of opening e -commerce platfom~ on the B2C online retailers' value chain was analyzed, which concluded that the permeability of e - commerce platform was one of the most important sources of their competitive advantage in this situation. Then the frame- work model of opening e - commerce platform was built. Based on this the strategy, B2C online retailers opening their e - commerce platform was proposed from functionality and complete solutions dimensions.
