摘要
目的 :通过建立快捷简便的测试及工艺优化方法 ,提高鱼腥草口服液的质量。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法。测定鱼腥草素的含量 ,用均匀设计和模式识别法优化新建立的鱼腥草口服液制备工艺。结果 :含量测定方法的加样回收率为98.95 % ,RSD为 0 .497% ;新工艺制备的口服液中 ,鱼腥草素的含量可提高 2 .93倍 ,产量可增加 186 %。结论 :该测定方法可靠 。
Objective: To improve the quality of Houttuynia cordata Thunb Oral Liquid by establishing a set of simple and fast measuring and optimizing methods. Methods: UV photometer was used to measure the content of decanoyl acetaldehyde; Besides, uniform design and pattern recognition were used to optimize the newly established preparation procedure. Results: During UV measurement, the recovery of added sample was 98.95% and RSD was 0.417%. The content of decanoyl acetaldehyde in Houttuynia Cordata Thunb Oral Liquid prepared by new procedure was increased by 2.93 times and the output was increased by 186%.Conclusion: The UV measuring method is reliable and the optimized procedure parameters can be directly obtained from pattern recognition method.
