摘要 目的 :优选头痛康颗粒剂提取工艺。方法 :正交实验。结果 :挥发油提取时 ,加水量 (A) ,浸泡时间 (B) ,蒸馏时间(C) 3因素均对挥发油的含量有显著性影响 (A <0 .0 1,B <0 .0 5 ,C <0 .0 1)。渗漉提取时 ,乙醇浓度 (A) ,浸泡时间 (B) ,渗滤速度 (C) 3因素对浸膏得率均无显著性影响 ,而对延胡素乙素含量部分有显著性影响 (A <0 .0 5 ,B >0 .0 5 ,C <0 .0 5 )。结论 :本方最佳提取工艺为挥发性药材先用 12倍量水浸泡 5h ,水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油 2 .5h ,抽滤至干 ,药液配成 6 0 %稀醇液作渗滤溶媒 ,药渣与余药药材一起用 6 0 %稀醇浸泡 2 4h ,以速度为 Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Toutongkang Granules. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used. Results: When volatile oil was extracted, three factors of the amount of adding water (A), macerating time (B), distillating time (C) have significant influence on the content of volatile oil (A< 0.01 , B<0.05, C<0.01). During percolation extraction process, three factors of the concentration of alcohol (A), macerating time (B), percolating velocity (B) have no influence on the extract yield. But they, except macerating time (B), have significant influence on corydaline content (A<0.25, B>0.05, C<0.05).Conclusion: The optimum process is that volatile oil is distillated for 2.5 hours after volatile medical materials are macerated for 5 hours with 12 times amonnt of water, then the solution is diluted with 60% alcohol and used as percolating solution, their remains are mixed with other medical material powders and macerated for 24 hours with 60% alcohol. The percolating solution and mixed powder are percolated and extracted together with 7ml·kg -1 ·min -1 of fluid velocity.
