摘要
随班就读是大力发展和普及残疾儿童接受义务教育的一种有效途径,也是保障残疾儿童受教育基本权利、体现义务教育公平性的一种有效方式。此项工作的展开,给随班就读中小学教师带来了前所未有的考验,由随班就读带来的职业压力也影响到随班就读教师的心理健康,为此,文章试图对新疆南疆地区中小学随班就读教师心理健康的现状做一调查,从而加以研究。
Learning in regular class is an effective measure to intensify compulsory education on disabled children and to guarantee the educational equity.The implementation of such work brings a great challenge to the teachers of primary and middle schools in the south part of Xinjiang and the pressure from such work has more or less influence on the psychological health of these teachers.Therefore the paper investigates the psychological health of the teachers who come to Urumqi for training so as to find solutions to the problem.
