中职学生弱势化发展及其对策研究——基于对四川省南充市中等职业教育的考察

On Weakened-Trend Development of Secondary Vocational Students and Measures——A Case of Secondary Vocational Education in Nanchong City of Sichuan Province

近年来,由于国家政策引导,四川省南充市中等职业教育迅速发展,特别是私立中职学校大量涌现,但由于多方面原因,该市中职在校学生呈现弱势化发展趋势,严重威胁到了中职教育的发展和学生的成长成才。要扭转这种趋势,政府教育主管部门应当加大监督和扶持力度;中职学校要以人为本规范办学;中职学生要改变现状,合理规划职业生涯,促进自身的职业发展。

The secondary vocational education in Nanchong City of Sichuan province has recently developed rapidly and many new private vocational schools come into being. But due to many influential factors, the students in such schools have a weakened-trend development, which seriously affects the healthy development of the secondary education. To reverse the trend, educational administrations should strengthen the supervision, schools should regulate their school running, and the secondary vocational students should better plan their future career and improve their own professional ability.
