摘要
球墨铸铁射芯模具是铸钢厂常用的铸造模具之一,由于使用在产量大的铸件中所以在使用过程中芯盒的有些部位极易发生磨损,采用合理的焊接工艺是及时修复和提高修理质量的保证,文章对钨极氩弧焊GTAW(TIG)三种焊接工艺方法进行探讨。
Ductile iron core mold is one of the commonly used casting molds in steel plants.Centering on the problem of the wearing of some parts in the the core box,this paper puts forward three welding methods of tungsten argon arc welding （GTAW TIG） in the rational welding process,to guarantee the remediation in time and improve the repair quality.
