加快高职院校校园文化建设的思考

Campus Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational College

先进的校园文化,不仅对在校学生起着重要的作用,而且是良好校风的形成、良好的育人环境形成的重要途径。针对当前高职院校校园文化建设中存在的问题进行分析,提出要建设有高等职业教育特点的校园文化,注重学生的社团建设,发挥在文体活动中注入文化因素,培养学生具有较高的文化素养、树立正确的人生观和价值观,养成良好的学风,为提高人才培养质量奠定基础。

Advanced campus culture not only guides the students to play an important role,but regulates a good school spirit,and form the good education environment.By analysis of the existing problems in the current higher vocational campus cultural construction,this paper puts forward the construction of higher vocational education should have the characteristics of the campus culture,and pay more attention to students＇ community construction,and play in the recreational activity with cultural factors,train the student to have higher cultural quality,and set up the correct outlook on life and values,and form the good style of study in order to improve the training quality.
