摘要
随着事业单位人事分配制度改革的深入与绩效工资的实施,绩效考核的重要性日益凸显,其绩效考核尚未得到系统和深入的研究。分析高校财务工作的实际,探讨构建适合于高校财务人员绩效考核的指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各层次指标的权重,并对该考核模型进行了应用。
With the further reform of personnel distribution system and the performance of the implementation of the salary in the business unit,the performance evaluation system becomes more important.College financial personnel,as the main auxiliary power in the development of the college,its performance assessment has not been researched systematically.This paper analyzes the college financial personnel performance evaluation index system is built with the financial work reality,which determines index proportion of all levels by AHP,and applies the evaluation model.
