Synthesis and Anticancer Activities of Heterocyclic ring Substituted 1,2-Diphenylethylene

报道了 13个新化合物的合成 ,其中 9个是杂环取代 - 1,2 -二苯基烯类化合物。实验表明它们对人鼻咽癌 (KB)和人宫颈癌 (He L a)细胞增殖均有一定的抑制作用。

Thirteen new compounds were synthesized, in which nine heterocyclic ring substituted 1,2 diphenylethylenes are target compounds. They were tested for their inhibitory activity to KB and HeLa cancer cells and exhibited some positive effect.\;
