摘要
矮寨大桥施工条件恶劣,多种常规施工方法均无法解决钢桁加劲梁的架设问题,建设各方秉承技术创新理念,提出了钢桁加劲梁轨索滑移法架设新方案,通过理论计算、功能分析、系统设计、模型试验等方法解决了该系统在吊鞍、轨索、运梁小车以及牵引系统等组成各部位的关键技术问题,成功应用于此桥的架设中,应用效果显著,高效、低成本地突破了山区跨峡谷悬索桥架设的技术瓶颈。
Due to the bad construction environment of Aizhai Bridge,many conventional methods can not be used to erect steel stiffening truss girders.An innovative rail-cable sliding method was proposed,and the key technical problems of the system such as the lifting saddle,rail-cable,transporting cart and pulling system,etc were solved by theoretical calculation,functional analysis,system design and model test,etc.This technology was successfully applied in this project,which was a breakthrough in terms of constructing suspended bridges spanning valleys.
