波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥悬臂施工中腹板的定位与安装技术 被引量:10

摘要 对于波形钢腹板PC箱梁悬臂施工的建设,其腹板是由工厂加工制作运输至施工现场,在施工现场安装、定位而成,由于波形钢腹板的面外刚度较小易变形,给施工带来较大困难,而波形钢腹板的准确定位安装,直接影响箱梁截面形式的改变,对全桥的质量控制起到重要作用。为保证施工现场波形钢腹板安装的可靠性与安全性,根据已建桥梁的经验,总结波形钢腹板安装顺序和施工要领,提出了波形钢腹板安装精度控制方法和质量保证措施。 In the construction of prestressed concrete(PC) box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs using cast-in-place cantilever method,the key component—corrugated steel webs are fabricated in factory first and then transported to the construction site.Because of the low out-of plane stiffness,corrugated steel webs are easy to deformation in the construction,which brings many difficulties for construction.The installation precision of the corrugated steel web has a direct effect on the cross-section shape of the box-girder.So it is a key step to monitor the orientation and installation of corrugated steel web during construction.Based on the experience of some PC box-girder bridges with corrugated steel webs having been built,a method to control the installation accuracy of corrugated steel web is proposed and some quality assurance measures are introduced in order to ensure the accuracy,reliability and security of the installation of corrugated steel web.
