摘要
以邕宁蒲庙大桥的维修加固工程为背景,介绍了新型组合式挤压拉索的构造和全桥吊杆更换的施工方法。本工程首次采用了移动式兜吊系统,使得吊杆更换施工更安全、便捷,高峰期1根吊杆的更换周期只需要3d。对吊杆更换工艺进行了详细阐述,对关键工序的施工技术要点进行了探讨。工程实践证明,该吊杆更换技术安全可行。
This paper is based on the maintenance and retrofitting of Pumiao Bridge in Yongning.It introduces the structure of a new combined extrusion cable and the technique to replace the all the suspenders of the bridge.Portable sling system was applied for the first time in this project.This system enables the replacement procedure to be safer and more efficient.Replacement of one cable takes only 3 days during the peak time.The cable replacement technology is introduced in detail and the key points of critical construction procedures were studied.The engineering practice shows that this cable replacement technology is safe and feasible.
