基于压路机的车载式路基压实度无损检测技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 大型施工机械的快速发展使得压实度检测设备相对滞后,针对目前已有检测方法存在的不足,以虚拟仪器为软件开发平台,以NI USB-9233为硬件架构,开发了路基压实度无损检测设备,通过分析不同含水率对加速度信号的影响,分别以幅值法、谐波比值法和应变率法对压实度和加速度信号幅值的线性相关性进行分析。试验结果表明,幅值法线性相关性最高,相关系数达0.924 6,利用该设备对现场压实度进行预测,与传统压实度检测方法的误差在1.5%以内,满足工程要求。 Compared with the fast development of heavy-section construction machinery,that of compactness detection equipments is lagging behind.In view of existed the insufficiency of the present detection method,a roadbed compactness nondestructive testing equipment was developed on the software development platform of virtual instrument and using NI USB-9233 as the hardware architecture.Through the analysis of different moisture content on the influence of the acceleration signal,the degree of compactness and the acceleration signal amplitude of the linear correlation were analyzed respectively with methods of amplitude method,harmonic ratio method and strain rate method.The test results show that the linear correlation of amplitude method is the highest and the correlation coefficient can reach 0.924 6.What's more,when using this equipment to predict the degree of compactness,the error is within 1.5% compared with the traditional test method,which meet the engineering requirements.
