摘要
哈尔滨新兴产业技术创新服务平台工程为筒中筒结构的高层建筑,其框架梁采用了承载力与实腹梁等效的预应力混凝土刚架索梁结构,显著降低了结构自重,增加了结构延性和耗能能力,综合对比可降低层高。针对预应力混凝土刚架索梁的设计形式及施工难点,重点对预应力混凝土刚架索梁的综合施工技术进行了阐述。
The New Technology Innovation Service Platform in Harbin is a tall building with a tube-in-tube structural system.The frame beam adopts prestressed concrete truss cable-beam system which has the same loading capacity with a solid beam,but with significantly reduced self-weight.This system increased the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure.Overall comparison also shows that it can reduce the floor-to-floor height.With respect to its structural design and construction difficulties,this paper illustrated the comprehensive construction technology of the prestressed concrete truss cable-beam system.
