科学价值评价是一个系统过程。从系统原理出发分析了科学价值评价的基本原则、评价主体的结构和功能以及评价过程的整体模式。
The evaluation of scientific value is a systematic process, in which the variety of the value, the different levels of its subjects, the complication of its relations must be taken into consideration in a comprehensive way. The basic principle of the evaluation of scientific value,the structure and function of the subject of evaluation and the main evaluating process were anal-ysed.
